Slipaway

Southeast Cape Coral, at the foot of the Cape Coral Bridge on the Caloosahatchee River

Slipaway is a waterfront food-truck park, marina, and event venue on the Caloosahatchee in southeast Cape Coral. We did the survey work behind it, the topographic and waterfront layout it takes to set docks, pavilions, and walkways right at the river's edge.

Fort Myers, Midtown (CRA district)

Montage at Midtown put Class-A apartments and office space in the heart of Fort Myers' Midtown district. It was one of our early signature jobs, and we surveyed and staked it through a tight, multi-story build downtown.

Fort Myers, US-41 corridor

The Sinclair at Palm Pointe is an apartment community on the US-41 corridor in Fort Myers. We set the boundary and grades, then laid out the buildings, parking, and drives as it went vertical.

North Cape Coral, Entrada area

Space 2 Store is a climate-controlled self-storage facility in north Cape Coral, with indoor bays for boats, RVs, and vehicles. We carried it from the raw parcel through construction layout to final as-builts.

Paramount is a resort-style apartment community in the Entrada area of north Cape Coral. We provided the survey work that put its buildings, drives, and amenities on the ground the way the plans drew them.

North Cape Coral, near Burnt Store Road and Diplomat Parkway

A 7-Eleven store and fuel canopy on a busy corner near Burnt Store Road in north Cape Coral. We handled the survey side, from the site grades to the layout for the canopy and the fuel system.

Eastern Collier County, along Oil Well Road

Longwater is a master-planned village taking shape on roughly 1,000 acres of eastern Collier County, off Oil Well Road, with thousands of homes, retail, and lakes planned. On ground this big the work starts from the air, and our aerial mapping fed the layout of roads, lakes, and lots across the property.
